Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Sale cannot be refunded
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Such as products for sanitary use.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain personal care products
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain situations, only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any article which is not in its original state, which is damaged or which presents certain missing parts for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially released. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. Items for sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to email@example.com
Gifts If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift upon purchase, or if the donor preferred to receive the item first and offer it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and they will know that you have returned the item.
To return a product,
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. The delivery costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
